It’s that time of year where Carlington CHC is looking for as many income tax volunteer to help us with our largest volunteer-led program at the center!
This amazing seasonal tax clinic runs in late winter/early spring, and we are calling out to volunteers to help make this program a success.

The Community Volunteer Income Tax Clinic Program (CVITP) is run by the CRA every tax season from about February – April. We’ve executed many different formats to this program, from in-person tax filing appointments to pick-up-drop-off, virtual and even hybrid models. Next year (2023) we’re hoping to return to in-person filing as the rule with exceptions for those who cannot physically come to the Centre.

Volunteers interested in supporting our CVITP must also register with CRA/CVITP.
