Volunteer Coordinator
Description
We are looking for someone to help FSO continue to build its team by recruiting and onboarding volunteers. Although previous experience in human resources and/or volunteer coordination is an asset, we value the following:

Responsibilities:
As a volunteer coordinator, you will work with team leads to understand where volunteers are needed. You will be responsible for advertising volunteer positions and/or responding to unsolicited enquiries about volunteering at FSO. Other duties could include conducting information sessions for prospective volunteers to determine if they are a right fit for the organization. You will also be responsible for onboarding and checking in with volunteers to ensure they have a positive experience at FSO. Additional tasks will include maintaining a database and other administrative tasks.
