Muslim Harmony Trust is seeking three dedicated and passionate male Volunteer Executive Directors to join our leadership team. As a nonprofit organization focused on providing comprehensive support services to the Muslim community, we are looking for individuals who are committed to driving positive change and making a lasting impact on our community.
Position: Volunteer Executive Director (Males only)
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings)
Commitment: Part-time (flexible hours, approximately 5-10 hours per week)
Compensation: Unpaid, volunteer position
Number of Positions: 3

• Proven leadership experience in nonprofit management, community engagement, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Muslim community’s needs and challenges, with a deep commitment to serving the community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, governance, and compliance processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in community work, especially in areas like family support, women’s services, or mental health, is an asset.

• Lead the organization’s strategic direction and contribute to the overall vision and mission of Muslim Harmony Trust. • Collaborate with the board of directors and other executive leaders to ensure the successful implementation of programs and services. • Oversee and strengthen organizational partnerships, including collaborations with other nonprofits, community organizations, and stakeholders. • Drive fundraising initiatives and engage with potential donors to secure financial support for the Trust’s activities. • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards for nonprofit organizations. • Represent the organization at public events, community meetings, and external engagements. • Mentor and guide staff, volunteers, and committee members to maintain a cohesive, motivated team.
