Description

Support the Director of Property Management in maintaining the exterior landscaping at the house.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support head gardener in the implementation of garden plan;
Plant perennials and bulbs;
Weed gardens and prune and deadhead plants as necessary;
Edge gardens and turn soil as required;
Water gardens as necessary;
Mow lawn as necessary;
Distribute soil and mulch as necessary.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of property management and maintenance;
Trades expertise an asset;
Good communications skills;
Initiative;
Good judgment.
