Every day, we serve 350-500 healthy meals to members in our community. The Caldwell Family Centre Kitchen Staff depend upon their talented and active Kitchen Volunteers to prepare and serve the high quality and quantity of food they do!

We serve breakfast from 8AM-9:30AM and lunch 1PM-2:30PM.

In this role, you would:
-help prepare and serve clients breakfast and lunch
-assist in preparing meals for deliveries
-tidy the kitchen after food prep
-clean dishes using the commercial dishwasher
-must be able to lift 25 lbs and must wear proper footwear

This position is great for anyone looking to connect with a supportive community, explore new career paths, gain work experience and learn new skills.You would be working under the direction of an experienced and professional chef.
We provide all our volunteers with a hot meal and references.

Shifts are available Monday-Friday between the hours of 6AM-4PM. We are flexible and can work together to find a schedule that suits your needs, so please reach out if you are available during the day but might not be able to do these exact shifts.
