Description
Join our team and become a Brand Ambassador! Shift Supervisors are responsible for:
-Implementing strategies to achieve the store’s sales and profit budgets
– Oversee all store operations including: opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness,
re-stocking and merchandising, customer service and supervision of staff, volunteers, and
co-op students.
– Aid in training and coaching other volunteers
– Be familiar with BBBSO programs and be able to speak to the work we do and the impact it
has on our community
– Providing excellent customer service
– Processing purchases at the register
– Adhering to all company policies

Currently Big Brothers Big Sisters are in need of staffing our social enterprise, Thrive Select Thrift. With the aid of volunteers contributing to our day to day processes and ensuring customer service we will be able to generate addtional funds for our programs.
