Join our team and become a Brand Ambassador! Shift Supervisors are responsible for:
-Implementing strategies to achieve the store’s sales and profit budgets
– Oversee all store operations including: opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness,
re-stocking and merchandising, customer service and supervision of staff, volunteers, and
co-op students.
– Aid in training and coaching other volunteers
– Be familiar with BBBSO programs and be able to speak to the work we do and the impact it
has on our community
– Providing excellent customer service
– Processing purchases at the register
– Adhering to all company policies
