The Volunteer Trainer will be an advocate for the volunteers while providing leadership in volunteer training, working towards increasing consistency, efficiency, and building culture. This will include coordinating and delivering orientations to incoming volunteers, provide hands-on training of various functions at the store, and give recommendations as they relate to policy, process and procedure.
