How will this opportunity benefit the volunteer?
It is a great opportunity to make a difference in your community by supporting youth facing barriers to achieving their professional, academic, and personal goals! It is also a wonderful opportunity for mentors to get involved in the community, support vulnerable youth and develop leadership and coaching skills.
How will the organization benefit?
The mentorship intervention allows youth to get career guidance in their field of interest. Mentors allow OCISO to better support our youth clients by helping them in their personal and professional journeys.
