Are you looking for an opportunity to share your skills and help empower youth? Volunteer in our after-school Youth Leadership program!

As part of a volunteer team, you’ll run fun leadership-building activities with young mentees, once a week, for 3hrs.

Christie Lake Kids is a local charity supporting children and youth from low-income households for over 100 years. We deliver free recreational and leadership programs barrier-free so that all children and youth have fair and equitable opportunities to thrive! We provide transportation, equipment, food, anything a child might need to participate, and are situated right in the communities with serve. Our goal is to build skills and empower lives through safe and inclusive programming.

Volunteers must be 19+, be locally situated, be fluent in English (other languages are an asset), have weekly availability for a min of 1 hour in the evenings, and be able to provide or acquire an updated Level 3 Vulnerable Sector Check.
