Volunteer Ottawa Membership
Join our network of over 300 Ottawa not-for-profits committed to creating positive change in our community.
The past few years have been difficult for many in the non-profit sector, and recovery is a big topic. To help rebuild capacity, VO is launching the Learn, Gather, Recover Together initiative to increase access to VO offerings like education, events, and resources. We are making two big changes to our membership:
Learning is essential to the non-profit sector’s recovery — whether it’s getting new staff up to speed, bringing in new board members, or redesigning programs to meet changing needs. We want to support you and your mission by making our workshops free to learners from all Volunteer Ottawa member organizations.
Membership for small organizations
We recognize the distinct challenges of organizations with very small budgets. Volunteer Ottawa is offering these non-profits a no-cost membership, with full access to all VO services, for the remainder of the 2022–2023 membership year. If you are interested in this new membership tier, please contact us directly:
VO offers members with a range of benefits to support their organization and the essential services they provide in the community.

Volunteer Ottawa is how we reach a large portion of our volunteers. We use it to recruit both administrative positions as well as movers and drivers.
